Pre-Inspection:
To ensure customer satisfaction, we prioritize understanding our customers’ needs and expectations. This initial step allows us to gain a clear understanding of their requirements, address any concerns or questions they may have, and identify the fabric type & construction. This knowledge enables us to assess the most effective cleaning method to deliver optimal results.
Pre-Test
Safety is paramount to us. After identifying the fabric type, we conduct a small inconspicuous test to ensure that our chosen cleaning solution does not cause any adverse reactions. Our motto at TCCC is “it’s better to be safe than sorry.” While we are fully insured, we aim to avoid any unnecessary hassle of rectifying issues that could have been prevented.
Vacuum Cleaning
Often overlooked, vacuum cleaning is a crucial step for achieving the best results. Did you know that up to 50% of surface dirt trapped in your fibers can be removed with proper vacuuming? At TCCC, we use top-of-the-range equipment with 5 times more power than average domestic vacuum cleaners, that reach deep into your fibers, effectively removing pet hair and years of embedded soiling.
Pre-Treatment
To increase the likelihood of successfully removing undesirable stains and build-up, we pre-soak your fibers with specially formulated chemicals. These solutions are designed to loosen soiling, break down dirt, and eliminate bacteria that have adhered to your precious fibers.
Agitation
Agitation, also known as scrubbing, involves using brushes or a contra-rotating brush (CRB) machine, depending on the fabric type. This process helps work the pre-sprayed solution deep into the pile, effectively loosening stubborn stains and embedded soiling. Agitation not only provides a deep clean but also helps lift the pile, removing dead fibers and pet hair. You will start to notice the difference after this step.
Deodorize, Rinse & Extract
Now comes the moment you’ve been waiting for – removing the dirt! Our preferred method for this process is hot water extraction, also known as steam cleaning (other methods are available). Using our state-of-the-art machines, we apply steaming hot water diluted with a specialized rising agent. This not only kills bacteria and removes allergens but also deodorizes your fibers. Our powerful vacuum system then extracts the dirt from deep within your fabric, leaving it fresh-smelling, clean, and safe for children and pets.
Spot Cleaning / Stain Removal
Every stain is unique, and despite a thorough deep clean, some stains may still be visible. Factors such as fabric type, stain type, and the duration of the stain’s existence can contribute to this. In such cases, spot cleaning may be necessary. While we cannot guarantee 100% stain removal, we stock a wide range of top-of-the-range chemicals specifically designed to target individual stain types commonly encountered. This significantly increases the chances of successful stain removal, resulting in high customer satisfaction, which we consistently strive to achieve.
Stain protection
Even with the utmost care accidents are inevitable. To safeguard against damage caused by soiling, spills and liquids we offer a specialised stain protection treatment. Our specially formulated chemical solution is designed to treat each individual fibre, creating a protective barrier thus making it easier for you to remove any dirt or staining that spillages leave behind reducing the likelihood of permanent damage. Stain protection is highly recommended for longevity of a healthy fabric life.
